Divine Word University
Divine Word University is a national university, open to all, serving society through its quality of research, teaching, learning and community service in a Christian environment. DWU offers a range of full-time and distance education programs at certificate, diploma, bachelor, postgraduate, master and doctoral levels across its faculties:
Faculty of Arts: Papua New Guinea studies, communication arts, social and religious studies.
Faculty of Business and Informatics: Business studies, tourism and hospitality management; information systems, mathematics and computing science.
Faculty of Education: Leadership, curriculum, professional studies, language, mathematics, science, community development, social and spiritual.
Faculty of Health Sciences: Health management, physiotherapy, environmental health, rural health, primary eye care.

The Contemporary PNG Studies: DWU Research Journal is published twice a year by DWU Press, Divine Word University, Madang, Papua New Guinea. The journal provides the means for DWU staff, students and associated academics to publish research findings, personal perspectives, reports of projects or developments and reviews of recent books on Papua New Guinea.
