The Learners section of Commonwealth Education Online is designed to be a source of information for students from the Commonwealth and elsewhere. This section is divided into three areas with suitable content  for learners at different stages of their careers.

This section also contains student-focused information on studying in the Commonwealth and grants and awards available for Commonwealth students.

This section contains a variety of information for use by learners in primary schools.

Secondary Education
This section contains a variety of information for use by learners in secondary schools.

Tertiary Education
This section contains a wide variety of information as well as data resources for use by students in the tertiary sector. This includes information for under-graduate and post-graduate university students as well as students from other areas of the tertiary education sector.
